1. What is an affiliate?

If you didn’t know that and you found this page by accident, then this could be your lucky day! An affiliate is a person or company that refers players to CryptoCasino. We pay affiliates a commission for each real money player that they bring to us. It’s kind of like referring a friend but on a much bigger scale. Instead of making small bucks, you can make BIG bucks! And by BIG we mean HUGE. Some affiliates make millions a year. We kid you not!

2. How do I refer players?

We provide you with CryptoCasino marketing assets like banners, emails, links, etc. They have a specific code embedded in them. You can place those dedicated links/banners on your websites, in emails, on your social media accounts, or in any other communications you have with your potential referrals.
These affiliate links track the total net revenue generated by all the players you have referred to us. At the end of each month, we multiply the net revenue of all your players by your commission percentage and then we pay you and you go and put a down payment on that yacht you always wanted!

3. How much can I earn as an affiliate?

We pay up to 40% commission per month. See the homepage for details. Theoretically there is no limit to the amount of revenue you can earn. Keep bringing in new players and you’ll keep earning.

4. What does 40% + VIP mean in the commission chart?

Good to see you’re paying attention! We say “+ VIP” because we know that some affiliates refer some seriously big players…. what we like to call “whales”. And when those whales play, a lot of money can change hands. If the house wins, then we like to reward those affiliates with the sorts of prizes money can’t buy! That affiliate could be you!

5. What are chargebacks and how do they affect my commission?

If a credit card merchant refunds a customer for an item on their credit card statement which the customer has disputed, then this is known as a chargeback. Unfortunately, some players are mean and tell their payment provider that they know nothing about the deposits and they claim their money back after depositing when they have lost.
Although we and all payment providers do their best to prevent this abuse from happening, there are some occasions when it the player manages to fool everyone in this event the chargebacks get deducted from the affiliate commission. Sad times. This is however fraud and some people end up in court as a result!

6. What happens if one of my players wins a progressive jackpot?

Nothing. Progressive jackpots are already paid for by all previous players bets and so this will have no effect on your affiliate commission. You might want to make friends with the player pretty fast though.

7. How and when do I get paid?

We’ll pay you via your chosen payment method usually within 10 working days of the end of the month. So, make sure your payment method is up to date. Doublecheck any crypto wallet addresses as we aren’t responsible for sending crypto to an incorrect address that you entered! You may have to jump through some KYC hoops before your first payment, but after that it should be plain sailing. If there are any problems with your payment, just contact us here and we’ll look into it.

8. Is there a minimum commission withdrawal requirement?

Let’s call it €100 or currency equivalent to avoid unnecessary admin or time wasting. Any unpaid commission will simply be rolled forward to the following month. If you close your account with a balance of less than €100, we will endeavour to pay that to you by your preferred method minus any fees.

9. What are the payment options?

We’ll try and pay you by any means possible and may differ from country to country. We’d prefer crypto but also happy with bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, etc. Fees may apply.

10. Is commission lifetime?

Practically. As long as you keep sending us players, we will keep paying you. But this is a partnership and if you give up doing your part then we need to adjust accordingly. So as long as you bring in at least 1 new depositing player (NDP) in a 3-month period, nothing changes. Good times yeah!! But, if you don’t then, we’ll reduce the commission on your account to 10% until you introduce a total of 3 New Depositing Customers within a 3-month period, at which point (effective upon the referral of the third New Depositing Customer) your commission rate will revert to the standard commission rates set out on our home page.

However, be warned my good friend, if you don’t bring in a NDP for 6 months, then we’ll close the account. We invest a lot of time and money into holding on to our players so that you (and we!) can earn for longer, but if you’re not going to be there to support us then we’ll have to go it alone. Sad times.

But as always, we reserve the right to change our minds at any time. Who knows what will happen in the future? Rest assured we will always try to work with you to find a solution should anything out of the ordinary happen!

11. Do you have a sub-affiliate program?

We sure do. On your CC account, you have a dedicated “Sub-affiliates” section. With your personal sub-affiliate tracking link you can refer other partners, influencers and affiliates to join the CryptoCasino program. Anyone signing up with your link will start automatically generating commission for you when they become active as a partner in our program. The rate is 2.5% of the net revenue of your sub-affiliate.

12. Can I be a sub affiliate under my main affiliate account?

Nope, that would be cheating! And if you do that, we’ll take away all your players and you will forfeit all unpaid revenues. And we won't buy you any ice cream or invite you to any parties.
